Manage assessment forms, download latest assessment forms, search an assessment form by filters like form name, modules, module reference, employee name and reference.
Mange completed assessment (view, delete, ready to push to server..)

Modules section: statistic (breakdown: employees set for assessment , completed assessment, not yet assessed ),

Employee section: filter by employee name and reference, assess an employee by selecting a module.

Take an image from camera and attached to an assessment form.
Ability to select file from internal storage, document folder of the device, cloud storage like gdrive, USB OTG drives etc for file attachment.
