Point Locker is a GPS data collector and management mobile application. The app enables users to collect GPS coordinates and manage data about their current location. This data includes a title, a description, a photo, the GPS coordinates, the date, time and estimated accuracy of the GPS fix. The in-app data management allows the user to:
- View location information in a map or coordinates list;
- Navigate to a saved location;
- export and share point details as an excel table (.csv), Google Earth file (.kmz) or as a *.geojson file which can be opened by Point Locker.
Point Locker can be used for work related field data collection (census data, infrastructure surveys, land surveys etc), as a travel journal of interesting places you've been to or really any other application that requires one to collect information on locations, photos and noted data.
