Located in Milot in the north of Haiti, the Historical National Park, the official name of which is Citadelle Sans-Souci Ramiers National Historical Park and the abbreviation PNH-CSSR, is a national park created in 1968 and classified Category V by the IUCN .
It was recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1982. Its surface area is approximately 25,286 hectares, a 2010 decree fixed its current limits2. It is mainly located in the municipality of Dondon, then Milot and in very small part in the municipalities of Grande Rivière du Nord and Plaine-du-Nord. The state wants to limit this space with 127 terminals, at a distance of 200 m each, the first being located on the Milot bridge.
