PARROT is an English vocabulary learning application that has a well-studied vocabulary system that makes learning the vocabulary most effective in the shortest possible time.
The vocabulary learning process consists of 3 steps:
* Step 1: Refine the word
Helps students to filter word lists into two categories: known and unknown.
* Step 2: Learn vocabulary: From the filter list above, students can select unknown words or all words to learn.
There are three types of vocabulary to practice:
- The word guess: from English definitions, images, transliterations, pronunciations, ... students can easily guess the correct vocabulary.
- Pronunciation: help students practice pronunciation of international standards.
- Write: help students to remember the details.
* Step 3: Checking: With the test system, there are plenty of random questions, which help students to check their vocabulary.
