Who is a shopper?
-Shoppers are the ones heading to establishments to fulfill a shopping list and drop them off on specified drop off points.
Who is a customer?
-Customers are the ones looking to buy goods from establishments, but can’t afford to go out for safety reasons.
How to be a shopper?
-To begin as a shopper, all you have to do is click the cart icon and fill in the necessary details in the succeeding screens.
How to be a customer?
-To begin as a customer, all you have to do is browse the map for destination/drop off points.
Select the ones you see fit and proceed creating your basket of “pasabuy” items. Doing this will notify the shopper accordingly.
What is a basket?
-A basket is basically a list of “pasabuy” items you want to be bought on your behalf. This is what the shopper will refer to to fulfill your pasabuy.
Requests and Fees
-Shoppers have the right to accept pasabuy requests. Also, a base-rate of 100 pesos will be collected as a shopper's fee. This fee may go higher depending on the amount of pasabuy items to fulfill.
Communication
-Shoppers and customers can communicate about their transaction through the app’s chat. This is especially important for transaction clarification and drop off timing.
