Patrol Alert is an application of Municipalities Alert developed by SmartCity, which allows mobile emergency units (patrols, ambulances, firefighters, civil defense) receive real-time cases dispatched by an operator from the Operations Center New Generation.
The information comes so typified by case, with all the data needed for each emergency care. After taking the case, the application allows tracking intercom same way between the mobile unit and the Operations Centre to final resolution.
All data track each case are stored in the system generating statistics that result in a comprehensive source of information both for future decision-making on issues of public safety and for the continuous improvement of service.
