Frustrating usage I love the simplicity of having an automatic feeder but this app sucks. Any time I try to edit my pet's meal plan I get a message saying "Request timed out please try again". Half the time I open the meal plan section my info isn't there and even when I can successfully update the plan or add a new one majority of the time I doesn't show up until I refresh the app a few times.

PLEASE DISABLE AUTOMATIC LOGOUTS. It's not a banking app, I don't need you to make me log back in every x days. It's so annoying. I won't sue you if someone grabs my phone and gives my cat an extra meal, pinky promise. It would also be helpful to be able to apply the same feeding plan to multiple feeders, for multipet homes where everyone eats the same. Then if there's a change we only need to update it in one place and have it apply to every feeder with that plan.

very good, but 3 issues. 1}indicate in the app why the red light is on, 2)indicate the battery level, and 3)include help that will send a message asking for help (like, specifically why is the red light on? and why does the app suggest there are 2 messages or issues, but I can't figure out what they are?) so I don't have to give a poor rating when a better rating may be reserved.

the best cat feeder. Period!
