POTS Strong Support Programming Module:
A goal oriented four week course offering daily lessons, workouts, access to the POTS Strong Online Community and the accountability and personal feedback from Coach Kait. Learn how to apply the POTS Strong Method in achieving your optimum quality of life. Physician Consent required.


POTS Strong Coaching:
Take your journey a step further. Daily mindfulness prompts, training calendars, Target Heart Rate Zone entries and nutrition guidance specific to your current goal(s)/state of health. Apply appropriate progressions and feedback from Coach Kait. Goal driven, this service requires a three month minimum commitment. Physician consent required.
