The App "Vascular Age" uses an algorithm developed with SCORE to calculate the Vascular Age and the risk of a fatal event in the next 10 years. The project Systematic Coronary Risk Evaluation (SCORE) has formulated a methodology for estimating cardiovascular risk which was adopted by the Guidelines of the Joint European Societies of Cardiology and Hypertension on cardiovascular prevention. SCORE methodology has the advantage of being based on European epidemiological studies.
