The Healthcare sector and Caring Professionals have been deeply impacted by the pandemic. As communities and organizations prepare to battle this next variant, the need to ensure availability of a skilled and available workforce is increasingly important.

We must continue to upskill and reskill those who care for others. Vibrant Healthcare Alliance, in partnership with Bellwoods Centre for Community Living, PACE Independent Living and Access Independent Living Services, is seeking to strengthen the capacity of the caring sector through the development of a testing a job pathway solution to channel jobseekers and displaced workers into in-demand opportunities within the healthcare sector.
