They communicate well with customers. I asked them to solve the problem that this app doesn't pair well with my Google phone and they updated it. Also, they sent me an email to let me know that they updated it. I'm so satisfied.

Have to hit refresh after EVERY SINGLE MOVE; click on a day, refresh, look at another month, refresh, save a symptom, refresh, try to add more info, refresh. Very annoying, though I will say I was trying to add past tracking info so there was a lot of clicking to be done... aside from that, the extra steps are pretty annoying compared to other tracking apps I've used. Why do I need to hit save after entering info, it should just be there like a toggle switch, few more thing, but not enough space
