About GNOX
The GNOX application is an application that helps technicians and supervisors to coordinate with each other in terms of monitoring reports for machine maintenance. Reports consist of daily, weekly, 3 months, 6 months and yearly reports.
The first time, the technician will make preventive and corrective reports according to the report format provided previously. After the report is made by the technician, then the supervisor receives a notification that there is an incoming report and then it is checked by a certain supervisor who is specific to that machine. Supervisor can approve/disapprove the report. When the report is not approved by the supervisor, the technician who made the report will receive a notification and then revise the report until the report is approved by the Supervisor.
Technicians and Supervisors can see a history of reports that require review, those that have not been approved, and those that have been approved so that no reports are missed by each technician and supervisor.
