"Milling and Grain" is a monthly publication that introduces all aspects of milling grains and grains for food and animal feed production. "Milling and Grain" was first published in the form of "Milling" in 1891. Today it is the world's oldest and still-printed magazine, serving the milling and grain processing industries worldwide. This is the Chinese version of the "Processing and Grain" app. Every second edition of the magazine is published in French, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese and Turkish. Applicants can order the printed version (including English) separately, and can obtain the electronic version (pdf format) from the Qualification Examination Committee
