This application was developed by the Pestun creative team in order to provide users with a convenient environment for learning the commandments of God.
The following modes are available.
- the book. The commandments can be studied in the same order as they were published in the books of Father Venedict.
- Categories. The commandments are grouped thematically by sinful passions and categories of the relationship between God and man.
- The calendar. The commandments can be studied according to the annual range of the liturgical readings of the Holy Scriptures. You can read all the commandments,
found in the sacred texts for the current day, week or month. Also, the choice of date is possible.
- Vervitsa. Sequential study of the commandments.
For each commandment, you can:
- go to the interpretation (taken from the site bible.optina.ru)
- explore the context of the commandment (go to the relevant chapters of the Holy Scriptures)
- adjust text size and day / night reading mode
