Just a few months ago I left a 5 star review. in about 4 months this app has become the worst I've ever seen it and I don't know why. It's so buggy. It glitches and freezes all the time. I've had this card and app for years and its never been like this. makes me really disappointed

I've had this card for 5 years, but after the recent fraud on my account, and speaking to customer service (which I had to call 4 times before getting someone I could understand) only for them to tell me the dispute will take 30 to 90 days which in the mean time messes up my credit score. they never notified me of possible fraud, I didn't know it happened until my card was declined for insufficient funds. I've never used 50% of what the card allows, but they allowed a scammer to max my card out.
