I had uploaded the medical records in this app. During emergency when I had to take my pet in the middle of the night to the docs, I was not able to retrieve the medical records, just when I needed it the most. Will uninstall it as it is not reliable

so far so good. I'd love to have the capability of setting up vet records separately and then being able to link the pet to the vet rather than repeating the info every time. multiple vets needed as I use 3 due to fostering
