This mobile application, intended for municipal organizations (Cities, municipalities, MRCs), enables users of the Quality of Services module to carry out their field work using their smartphones. The forces of the latter are exploited to make the user even more effective in the field.
The field worker receives directly on his phone, in the ACT Mobile application, the interventions he has to perform. Once his work is finished he indicates it in the application, takes one or more photos, if necessary and can proceed to the next intervention.
The field worker, if he finds something, can also start a file, document it and attach photos. This information will be automatically transferred to City systems.
