Head of Duty allows you to answer questions in your emergency room or medical clinic outpatient shift with experienced doctors who work in the largest institutions in the country.
When creating an account, you choose a monthly plan with a determined number of clinical cases that meets your need according to the number of shifts you make in the month. The user then has access to a platform that allows the exchange of text messages and images live with a team of Brazilian doctors, registered in the CRM, who work in the largest institutions in Brazil and with great experience in urgent and emergency situations. This medical team is online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer and guide the user in handling doubts during the shifts.
When creating a new case, first, the patient's vital data, age and comorbidities are passed, then it is possible to attach images to exemplify the case (Rx Thorax, ECG, skin lesions, etc.) and, finally, a text box is opened that allows live exchange of messages with the medical team on duty who will give you all the support you need to conduct any shift anywhere. You are no longer alone in your shift, we are with you your entire shift.
Example: João has just graduated and is on his first emergency room shift, a patient arrives with a tachyarrhythmia with a HR of 150 bpm, he is not sure of the type of arrhythmia and what to do in this case, he looks to the side and realizes he is alone in the emergency room. When downloading the Head of Duty, he chooses a plan of 4 cases per month, then creates a new case describing the patient's data, comorbidities and attaching the ECG image, these data are passed on to our team, which then responds live what to do, what medications to use, what type of arrhythmia is that and whether or not the patient can be released after the arrhythmia improves.
