I purchased the Lumea BRI950/02 because the official Philips website explicitly states this model is part of the "9900 Series" and is equipped with SkinAI features. However, the app refuses to unlock these features when I scan my device. It seems the app database still lists the BRI950 as the older "Prestige" model. Please update the app to whitelist the BRI950/02 for SkinAI as advertised on your site.

I used the device for three months and then suddenly it stopped working !!! I tried to contact customer support in Morocco but their phone number is not available, i tried reaching out to different organizations (the media team of philips global, philips lightening, philips instagram page) but no response. I wasted 400$ on the product and the customer service is horrible, i have never seen such a big company who is treating the clients so poorly. WORST SUPPORT SERVICE EVEEEER!!!
