MobiBackup is an application that supports storing customer booking data, a method of securing ticket reservation information in case the server fails to disconnect the system.
When a problem occurs, users who just open the previously logged application will see all the booking information within the previous 3 days to the present. Trip information is organized by route and by date. Each time a single ticket is generated or the ticket information is updated, the app will receive notifications and save the offline data on the device. Information after 3 days will be deleted from the device to optimize memory.
