Reports on learning outcomes or report cards for students in the 2013 Curriculum (K-13) revised edition 2019 have slightly changed from the format of the 2013 Curriculum report card the previous year. Since the beginning of the implementation of the 2013 curriculum, the replacement curriculum for KTSP has undergone a fourth revision. In semester 2 of the 2018/2019 academic year 2013 curriculum, the revised 2019 was applied to grades 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 of Elementary School (SD) levels. The 2013 curriculum assessment process is very different from the previous curriculum. The implementation of assessment in the 2013 curriculum (K-13) is more complex when compared to the assessment in the previous curriculum. In the K-13 assessment process, a teacher must conduct an assessment of 4 aspects namely spiritual assessment (KI-1), social assessment (KI-2), knowledge assessment (KI-3) and skills assessment (KI-4).
