When our customers have claim requests, they will contact our support for instructions.
After receiving request from customers, we will assign the surveyors. The surveyors will receive the notification on this application and then they come to scene for taking pictures.
The supervisors will connect to http://giamdinh.pjico.com.vn for following and checking all the action as the location of surveyors.
Note: when the surveyors use this application, the application will automatically collect location data even when the surveyors exit or don't use the application. Because it’s a policy of our company for surveyors.
