In todays digital environment we have access to so much at our fingertips, but so little access to deep meaningful connections, the only ones that matter. We can be so consumed in creating a surplus of these surface connections that we forget to actually connect in person and share the aspects of our lives that mean the most to us. PKLD is a social network that believes it will empower people to open their minds to sharing the things they love doing with new people with the idea that connecting based on activities you enjoy doing will drive these important & purposeful relationships.
Who Does PKLD Serve?
Any person with the desire for sense of community and new experiences. Tired of dating apps, social noise, and traditional social networks, PKLD founders created the App to be an ambiguous platform that enables anyone/anywhere to curate how they want to spend their time and with who in the most efficient way possible. PKLD is for all.
Why Now?
Now more than ever, post-pandemic, we must foster human connection and unity and those two beliefs are at the core of what PKLD is. We must learn how to re-engage with eachother in the world we once knew and PKLD makes that easier. Belonging to multiple communities or networks shouldn’t be difficult but should be accessible, safe and most importantly welcoming for all.
