Plant 100 million trees in ten years in rural schools, cooperatives, training centers, squares, avenues and in cities, strengthen the production of healthy food in the areas of MST settlements and encampments, denounce the destructive model of capital and its impacts to the environment. These are some of the goals of the National Plan Plant Trees, Produce Healthy Foods, launched in 2020 by the Movement throughout Brazil.

The Plan is a space for articulation, training, political organization and broad debate, reaffirming Popular Agrarian Reform and the defense of territories; Food Sovereignty, as a radical change in the direction of food production; Agroecology, which is based on food diversity, traditional knowledge and the strengthening of the human organism and nature collectively; and the care of Common Goods, such as water, minerals, land and biodiversity are finite natural goods and, therefore, are common to all human beings.

In the Arvoredo app you can register your planting, sharing photos, location, the species planted and even help in the national count of this journey.
