The Zelo Saúde Platform is a Mobile Platform to support decision-making in the care management of the dependent elderly person with two applications, one for the Health Professional and the other for the Caregiver/Family, allowing interaction between the users of the two applications, facilitating communication between them and the integration of daily care information for the elderly.
The information recorded by health professionals reflects on the care of the dependent elderly person, as the necessary information for daily care by caregivers/relatives is generated. In this way, the applications (Health Professional and Caregiver/Family) work in an integrated manner, generating relevant data in the context of the health of the elderly person.
