COMPANY HISTORY;
Our company, which was established in 1993 as a technical service under the name of Murat Elektronik, expanded its sector area in 1995 by opening a White Goods and Electronics sales store in Nicosia and Girne, in addition to the dealership system and technical service. In 2001, taking into account the wholesale distributorship offers, it created 14 dealers across the island with the brands it has assumed the distribution of, and progressed step by step towards its desired targets. In 2003, it acquired the first distributorship of a brand operating in Turkey by importing white goods and air conditioners. In the same year, it acquired the distributorship of the Goldmaster brand and added it to its structure. In 2004, Armar Electronics Ltd. to separate our sales and service activities due to our belief in growing business volume and institutionalism. A new company was established. With the air conditioners and white goods that we import from the Netherlands and the Far East, our company has become more and more popular in the markets. In 2005, it acquired the biggest furniture store in Nicosia with the distributorship of Tepe Furniture, the most respected brand in Turkey. In 2007, it expanded its business areas with the German patented Egger brand Laminate Flooring Distributors imported from Turkey. In the second half of 2008, it accelerated the rise and growth of the company in the White Goods, Electronics and Air Conditioning businesses with the distributorship of the Blomberg brand within the Koç Group, a German brand. In 2010, he became the distributor of the Grundig brand, which is also part of the Koç Group. In June 2012, the e-commerce shopping site armarshop.com was activated. In 2017, he became the Arçelik&LG Commercial Air Conditioning Systems Distributor, which is also part of the Koç Group. In 2018, under the brand of B&B Woodworks, it expanded its fields of activity by establishing a furniture production facility on a 4000m2 area. It provides service and sales services to all regions in the TRNC with its wide dealer network and, as Armar Group, is one of the leading companies in the sector.
