not happy for loan system

I am not satisfied..Existing regular customer home loan interest rate is high compare to other bank.Statement of account charges are charged by PNB housing finance bank.Other bank provide free of cost Statement of account.PNB housing finance app and website not good for customer.Complicated process of PNB housing finance.Unnecessary PMAY subsidy amount hold.No clarity & no satisfaction.Please don't take home loan.App and website not working.PART PAYMENT ONLINE FACILITY NOT AVAILABLE.LOAN AVOID
