They're only good if you want your glasses made in half a year. Last time I purchased from them they blamed COVID for the delays. This time it's already taken a couple of weeks and they've not even completed the order (let alone send it). The app crashes heavily too and logs you out mid use. Just messy all over the board..

The new app does not allow you to create collections of favourites and all my previous information has gone. Search function is poor. Not sure why they have done this as the app was great before
