The application of the Siom Clinic was designed to satisfy both the organizational needs of the study secretariat and to provide the Polyclinic patients with a tool to constantly monitor the multiple aspects of the relationship with the Clinic.

THE SECRETARY

The app allows the secretariat to manage the flow of information needed to accept customers upon arrival in the studio.
An organized flow allows:
- the registration of a new patient's database or the updating of that of a historian;
- the compilation / update by the patient of his medical history sheet;
- compilation by the patient of the sleep quality control test.
Furthermore, through the app, the Secretariat presents the patient with the statement of the interventions agreed with the specialist of the Clinic and the relative estimate with the subscription function with graphometric signature.

THE PATIENT

By scanning a personalized QR code provided by the Clinic secretariat, the app allows the patient to automatically authenticate and have access to different thematic areas to monitor their situation.
The thematic areas are:
- Registry office: the personal and contact details available to the Clinic are shown;
- Agenda: the appointments are listed, specifying the day, time and reason for the visit. An app function allows the patient to add appointments to their calendar;
- Treatment plans: this area shows the list of estimates, indicates the amount, when it was approved, the progress and in detail which services have been and followed and which have yet to be completed;
- Invoices: the patient has at his disposal a list of all the balance or advance invoices issued by the Outpatient Clinic with the possibility of viewing the pdf of the document.
- X-rays: the app allows you to view in detail the radiographs performed in the studio;
Accounting: this area allows the patient to monitor his own accounting situation in terms of debit or credit movements and general balance.
