The POLSRI Digital Mail Application is a system used for digital distribution of documents at the Sriwijaya State Polytechnic including incoming letters, outgoing letters and letter disposition. This application has a mail validation feature using One Time Password as a form of validation when the user follows up on the letter. With this system, it is expected to be able to help the administrative process at the Sriwijaya State Polytechnic to run more effectively and efficiently.
