PoolarOFFICE can also be used to record your working hours when Internet access is currently not available. Subsequent synchronization synchronizes the acquired times with the server. The following functions are available:
Employee
- Convenient access to the employee list with contact data from Unterwegs
- Click-to-mail or click-to-call function
time and Attendance
- Each member can enter his worked hours according to projects and work phases. The actual time recording takes place tactile and by means of visual identification
- Overviews by month provide a quick overview of the hours worked on projects
Note: When installing the app, a trial account is automatically pre-installed. This is reset to the original state at regular intervals.
