Not used it yet and don’t want to, its yet another app to HAVE to use on yout phone WITH ADDS. How Many do they need. According to the phone call i got regarding this it was supposed to be a form you have to fill in for the nurses before an operation. From my experiences in hospital recently nobody reads any notes. They will ask all the questions again multiple times when when i go in. How much is this company getting paid? Will get back if i ever use it.
