POURA SATHI App is an initiative to digitalize the systems and services of South Dum Dum Municipality for better operation, communication with easy and consolidated access, approach to bring citizens more closer.
The application will be divided into 2 (Two) main options.

2_B. The COMPLAINTS section, from where the end user can directly lodge a complaint to the concerned authority, without any intervention from any Third (3rd) party. We can assume it that this section will be the main functioning platform of POURASATHI in future.
