The app was good while it lasted. I went to read a new notification today, learned my app needed an update in order to read it, and then learned that the app is no longer supported on my device (an admittedly old Samsung Note 9, running android 10 still in Dec 2025). I'm sad, because I now have no online method to renew my prescriptions - Planned Parenthood is app-only for PPDirect. I can't afford a new phone, so I'm going to have to use another platform for my medicine.

Full disclosure of your medical info whenever and wherever you may need it. no hassles of waiting on hold listening to an automated robot tell you keep holding. convience is partial key to running a great useful app. and user friendlyness.

check this out, they act like they provide virtual services and they charge you for the services and then they are like oh no we can't you have to come in for an appointment instead...like no thank you, get this go through good rx within 15 minutes had my birth control no feeling harassed like this did what a rip off planned parenthood is now

I am sooooooo so so so glad this app exists & planned parenthood offers what they do on this app with the full transparency they have! I have been struggling for months to find a new, reputable doctor since mine moved offices & the new office doesn't take my insurance. I stumbled upon this app through my searching & wondered if it was too good to be true... it's not!! I applied to receive my birth control last night & by 10am it was reviewed and approved by a certified physician. SO happy.
