The intent of this app is to enable PuVVNL to Track Status of Complaints related to Damaged Transformer until resolution. Features are as under: -
- Acquires Complaints related to Transformer Replacement registered at 1912
- Notifies concerned JE/AE/EE about registration of such Complaints
- Enables concerned JE to validate whether Replacement is required and to raise Requisition of Transformer to Store
- Enables Store to retrieve such Requisitions and confirm Dispatch
- Enables Contractor to confirm Delivery of Fresh Transformer
- Enables JE to confirm Replacement of Damaged Transformer
- Enables all the Stakeholders to monitor complete Replacement Process
- Acquires Complaints related to Transformer Replacement registered at 1912
