VK Prasanth, sitting mayor of Thiruvananthapuram Corporation contesting from Vattiyoorkkavu as LDF candidate. Thirty-eight year old Prasanth is the youngest amongst all three main candidates, and has succeeded to win the people’s hearts across political borders through his able administration.
