worst customer service ever in in the cold with my daughter and because my friend has a stroller the cab said $50.00 dollars extra i call customer service to complain he says I have to pay a trunk fee 15.00 and hung up on me. are you kidding me

They're very reliable, no matter what time of day. Their vehicles are generally spotless, and the drivers are efficient. No complaints. Definitely recommend them. Also, a car and van are the exact same cost, which is very good for moving something, such as a desk.
