We are rapidly expanding our rider team to give the best experience to our customers who trust us to deliver them original products as ordered.
Following are steps to join the rider Priceoye team. This app is specifically designed for riders to help them operate easily and efficiently without any management of order and delivery issues.
Our riders are trained to deliver the order at an appointed time by following all the SOPs. For instance, when a rider goes to deliver the order at a selected address he follows these instructions.
1. Call the customer
2. Verify the order details
3. Deliver the order
4. Get signature from the customer
5. If it is Cash on Delivery (COD) order then cash is collected at this step
6. It will be updated in the app as soon as order is delivered
The sole purpose of this app is to facilitate riders to manage their rides properly and be in the loop of their designated rides, delivery, and remaining rides of the day in real time as they venture on to deliver products to customers of Priceoye.
There is always support available to our riders who are on the road delivering orders. Any difficulty they might face in the process of delivery of orders the hub team is just a phone call away.
Moreover, our rider team is expanded all over Pakistan including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and many more making customers happy across Pakistan by making sure timely deliveries.
