Tata Power has been following the system of manually issue/closure of Quality Non-Conformances in all projects. Under company’s digitalization initiatives, it has been decided to digitalize Tata Power’s QCAR (Quality Corrective Action Report) process by developing one suitable application. This application “UTKRISHT GUNAVATTA” is an unique model which provides the user one complete digital platform for reporting of non-conformities, uploading photos & videos, Review & approval of correction, Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA), closure and generation of reports as per Tata Power’s existing QCAR process.
