This application is intended for users of the Connecting Europe company. Application, which consists of two main functionalities.
The first would have the objective of facilitating an access control or recording method. The second, on the other hand, would make known to the user all pertinent information regarding their place of residence and work practices. It should be noted that, among many other features, we can also make use of certain services that will help direct and promote a more complete experience abroad. To do this, the application will display certain screens where you can consult the information you want.
The default application is divided into 8 screens that the user could use. Below, we detail these functionalities:
· Home / Connecting Europe: In this main section, the user will be able to view an amalgam of buttons that would house the different services of the application. It is in this context, where the service of entry or registration will stand out above all else.
· Check-in: As we have already mentioned, this service would be accessed through the button on the home page itself. Its purpose is none other than to conclude a series of processes that would carry out the signing of the user. Service, which will let us know the location of the person who carried out the signing process. This notification can be viewed using a map provided by the application itself (if all the steps are carried out correctly, the button already mentioned would no longer be visible).
· Information about your stay: This screen shows the essential information that the user may need. Dates of travel, company data, details of your guardian, accommodation, company addresses, etc.
· About your destination: This service will provide the user with the possibility of monitoring information about their destination city. For example; telephone numbers of interest, (means of transport, police, emergencies, taxi, etc.), information about places of interest, etc. This information will vary depending on the location.
· How to get to your accommodation: In this section, the user can make use of two different functionalities. Using the upper button, the user will be able to access the Google Maps application and, in turn, generate a route from their current location to their accommodation. Said service will be very useful, in case the user cannot locate himself. The second option would grant the user the ability to switch between different means of transportation. To do this, you would be provided with a drop-down in which you could view the said media. At the moment the user selects one of these means, a route will be loaded. These routes will vary depending on the option selected.
· How to get to your company: It has the same functionalities as the previous service. The only difference is that instead of going to the accommodation, we will go to the company.
· Privacy policy: Screen where we can read the privacy policy of the APP.
· Contact: On this screen the user will be able to contact the team of developers of the application for any questions or problems that arise in the use of the APP itself.
For the use of this application it is recommended to have Google Maps installed and activate the GPS of the mobile device, this will help the application to be more precise in its different functionalities.
