FFA – Priya Foods, monitors Sales Representative activities like Outlet Check-In, Order Placement, Outlet Check-Out etc, and provides Overall Sale Statistics to the Manager at any point in time in a day. It also tracks Competitor Feedback, Competitor Offtake and Market Feedback values, thus improving the parameters of the Sale.
FFA – Priya foods holds following set of features on primary note –
- Displays List of Beats Assigned to the Sales Representative.
- Sales Representative can start a Beat and collect orders from the outlets mentioned in the Beat.
- Displays summary of Ordered Quantity and Value.
- Once after Completing a Beat, an Order Summary mail will be sent to the Distributor for Order delivery.
- After delivery, Order fulfillment will be tracked with respect to each Beat and undelivered quantity will be sent to management.
- Fast-Moving and Slow-Moving Products will be tracked from the Orders placed by the Sales Representative.
- Progress of Target achieved will be tracked under Target Section.
