About ProCadastre

ProCadastre is aimed at professionals: notaries, real estate agents, architects, surveyors, developers, diagnosticians, investors and town halls.

The application makes it easy to consult the Cadastre, the Local Urbanism Plan, the Matrix, GeoRisk summaries, location maps and property values throughout France.

There is an interactive map as well as a menu at the top left for searching and editing documents.

You can zoom on the fly on the map to find a town, carry out a targeted search or geolocate yourself.

The targeted search can be done in 3 forms: via an address, via GPS coordinates, or in the form of a reverse search with the references of a cadastral parcel.

By default, the background map is in satellite view but it can be displayed in plan.

There are 6 possible document types that you can edit in PDF.
Each document relates to the selected parcel. The documents are as follows:

- The Georisk extract,
- Extract from the local urban plan
- The cadastral matrix statement
- The cadastral map
- The location map
- The notice of land value

ProCadastre allows measurements of polygons in m²; and linear distance measurements in meters.

By clicking on the pen icon, you can draw a shape point by point and quickly find out on a map the area of a place, a lake, a swimming pool, or any object.
We can also know the length of a street or a facade.
Drawings and measurements can also affect any documents you edit. ProCadastre displays an alert before editing. The legend of the shape and its measurement are displayed on the document.

Different background maps are available. The layer stack icon at the bottom left allows you to choose them, the satellite is active by default, but you can choose the vector plane. Note that it is the “active” basemap that will apply in your pdfs. So you can choose one or the other for your documents.

Three layers are available and overlay the active basemap.
The PLU layer, which allows you to display the PLU interactively on the map;
The DRONE layer, useful for professional remote pilots or drone users, displays a map of the height limits to be respected and the overflight zones prohibited throughout the territory;
The RPG layer, which displays the Graphic Parcel Register and lets you know at any place on the map which crop is present via a long click.

The gear icon allows you to customize many settings like:

changing measurement units showing or hiding parcel numbers showing or hiding built-up areas on a parcel showing or hiding help messages setting the default basemap type

The long click allows you to retrieve and copy the GPS coordinates of a plot in decimal format.
