In 1983 Giuseppe and some friends opened a restaurant in the historic center based on the idea of a single dish, tasty salads, for all people who have lunch quickly. It was a small revolution in catering, in an era in which everyone was enthusiastic about the large international chains of all the same meals. The rich salad distinguished itself from the outset for the low-processed, always fresh, high-quality foods and personal attention to the customer, always considered a guest. After almost 30 years this idea has become an appreciated chain of restaurants, which has always maintained family management and an artisan approach.
