SHORT HISTORY of Photofloyd
Photofloyd, originally called London Studio Agency, was born in 2005 in Rome.
The passion and the consequent approach of its founders to the photographic sector, however, goes back to the nineties, when, just teenagers, they pursue the dream of many boys to become famous photographers and begin to follow darkroom and basic photography courses, thus feeding their desire for knowledge.
The study alternates with summer work experiences in the photographic sector in tourist villages, in various events and weddings, which contribute to professional training and increase relational skills in social contexts.
The good fortune of working close to professionals in the sector and the tenacity not to break down, even when in the early 2000s they had to face the radical transition from analogue to digital, meant that the desire to make new experiences increased thanks also to the union of village photography with the possibility of working while traveling.
Italy, Mexico, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, England, Thailand, Vietnam, Zanzibar and Madagascar are some of the destinations closely linked to the experience in the tourist villages and to the possibility of personally measuring yourself with different uses and customs.
While maintaining a good relationship with the agencies that have allowed them to grow on a professional and human level, in 2005 they decided to found their agency and to put their knowledge at the service of their STAFF.
Italy, Zanzibar and Madagascar are the first destinations that have made it possible to realize their dream, made of emotional projects that intend to feed with new ideas and goals to be achieved.
