This App is an alternative interface to an existing platform called ProposalCentral, owned and operated by Altum, Inc. The App only works for a subset of users on ProposalCentral who have an access role of "Institution Official" and are subscribed, as an institution, to ProposalCentral Insights for Institutions. Once that subscription is active, the institution officials can use the App with their ProposalCentral credentials to access information that they would have accessed from the website https://proposalcentral.com
