only 1 camera from the 3 that shows up on the app I used to have 3 but since I changed my phone I only can see one

The app itself is pretty good, although I have had some issues with it since the alarm and CCTV system were installed a few weeks ago. One morning, for some unknown reason, it would not disarm the alarm and I had to do it manually. I subsequently bought the remote control which ought to have been included with the original package. And more recently, the live full screen view has had two white borders, top and bottom, obstructing the view. Despite reporting it a week ago, nothing has changed.
