This application provides Prowired Maintenance personnel with the functionality to complete 2 types of forms ‘Customer Care’ and ‘Maintenance’.
For Customer Care forms they will have the ability to input the Zendesk Job number and select the Developer, Job and Plot as well as the ability to provide pictures of the issue, a description, current status and customer signature.
For maintenance forms the will have the ability to select the developer, Job and Plot, take photos, descript the issue and mark whether or not the issue has been resolved.
The app also provides the functionality to complete sign-off sheets, dead test results and downlight layouts
