Android version of PMPC Loan Calculator, a desktop loan calculator application originally develop by Engr. Jessie Prudenciado.

This app calculates the present value ( principal), amortization (monthly payment), rate (interest in %), and the number of terms through different type of cash flow (loan design):

Declining balance
Straight Advance Interest
Straight Plus Interest

Variable in this app:
Principal - this is the present value of all the cash flow
Mo. Pay - this is the annuity of the cash flow.
Rate - this is the interest
Term - this is the number of periods of the cash flow.
