Coach Kobes (Shaun Kober) has created a Modular Training System, which provides Users of the App, the ability to choose an appropriate training session for as little as 10 minutes per day, up to 6 x 1 hour sessions a week.

1. 10-in-20 Module
- 10 training sessions in under 20 minutes each
- Very simple template that can provide hundreds of different training sessions, limited by imagination

- Simple drills to address Lower Crossed Syndrome

3. Mobility Module
- Progress from beginner to advanced through 5 mobility routines in under 10 minutes

- Progress from beginner to advanced through 6 stability routines in under 10 minutes
- Understand the principles, apply the methods

5. Priming Module
- Progress from beginner to advanced through 7 priming routines in under 10 minutes
- Understand the principles, apply the methods

6. Live Train Perform Foundations Program
- This is training template I've created, that allows me to train anybody that walks into the gym, whether it's a beginner in terms of movement, through to a professional athlete at the highest level
- Built in assessments
- Progression of difficulty through the "Warm-Up" phases
- Individual components of multiple modules make up the training sessions
- 10 minutes of work, right through 90 minute grind sessions
- Integrate multiple elements of skill development and strength and conditioning into one program
- Understand the system, and slot other training programs into it, or vice versa
