After submitting a service request, use MyVancouver to check the status of your request and receive notifications when your request has been resolved.

The app is worthless. It doesn't provide any more information than what is already available on the city website. It doesn’t make filling out forms easier; if anything, it adds more frustration and stress to what should be simple tasks, like reporting an abandoned or illegally parked vehicle. Even if you're able to file a report, they never get answered. I filed two reports via this app, and neither of them were ever looked into.
